“I highly recommend Rebecca and her quilting skills. She is helpful, accommodating and talented. She has helped me pick quilting designs that are perfect for my quilts. Rebeccas work is careful and neat and adds to the beauty of any quilt top. She is a talented quilt maker herself and knows how much time and love are invested in these quilts. Do yourself a favor and choose Rebecca and Purple Bobbin!”

Margaret Fleisher

“OMG! My husband and I opened up the quilt and were astounded at how BEAUTIFUL the quilting is!  Rebecca made a fantastic choice of pattern….I love, love the beautiful winter swirls and holly…
You turned a ‘not my favorite’ quilt top into a spectacular Christmas quilt.  Downside???  my husband doesn’t want to give it away…..
Thank you so very much for your thoughtful choices and precision work!  You have the ability to bring an average quilt of questionable skill sets, and take it to a whole new level.  It’s so difficult to give away a quilt you love….I never thought this would be one.”

Candy Feulner

“Rebecca did an absolutely beautiful job on my quilt…I started this project before my son entered college thinking it would be a graduation gift for him. I had all the squares finished and sash/back ready to be assembled and quilted and wanted to give it to him for his 40th birthday this month. I found Rebecca and Purple Bobbin and she was amazing, so very talented and so very easy to work with. I had a tight timeline and she finished the quilt and Im able to give it to him at his celebration. Not only is Rebecca exceptional at her craft, shes sweet and professional and obviously loves what she does. I cant thank her enough for bringing this “dream” to fruition! Of course I would highly recommend her and plan to bring some of my grandmothers unfinished projects to Purple Bobbin!”

Kim McGeehin

Meg Messenger

“Beautiful work and exceptional quality!!! Her quilting design choice, which she shared with me before she stitched to get my ok, wonderfully complimented the quilt top. I am VERY happy with the finished project and it will be a treasure in my family forever.”

Elise Bowers

“I found Rebecca’s site quite by accident while looking for long arm lessons. I finished a throw quilt as a gift with very little time to spare and simply did not have the time to hand quilt it and was not confident in my free motion skills. This was the first quilt I have not completed myself and was not comfortable with sending it away. She responded quickly and was warm and encouraging without being overbearing. She answered my questions fully and I felt at ease. She agreed to a quick turn around that would meet my deadline, her website had some very nice examples and I thought I’d take a chance. She followed up promptly…to make sure it was on the way (tight deadline), let me know when it arrived, and sent some images with E2E design options and thread choices. The choices were made and she was able to complete it in an amazingly short time…I had it back well within a week. The stitching was amazing and beautifully completed the pattern, the thread was perfect, the recipient loved it and I could not have been more thrilled. I am so glad I found Rebecca and trusted her with my work, her artistry enhanced my project and made it really special. I actually feel I will be able to do much more piecing and quilt making now that I have a partner who can help me complete them in such a short time (compared to the months and months hand quilting takes). I have a very special quilt for a family member that I am packing up to send her this weekend and can’t wait to see what she suggests. I recommend Rebecca and the Purple Bobbin without reservation. Her work is beautiful and her follow-up is first rate.”

Lisa Silliman

“I recently used Rebecca for the first time as a long arm quilter. When I dropped my quilts off, Rebecca was extremely gracious and shared some great ideas. I ultimately let Rebecca decide on the design for two quilts. They both turned out gorgeous and the turnaround time was amazing. I will definitely use Rebecca going forward on all my quilts.”

Ann Kowall

“I am thrilled with the work Rebecca has done. It was a pleasure working with her to get just the right pantograph to enhance my quilts. Turn around was fast, price was good and work was exceptional. I would highly recommend!”

Janet Spaulding

“I initially discovered Purple Bobbin online. Rebecca’s website has great quilt designs to choose from and she has posted photos of examples of quilts using the designs to help with making design decisions. Rebecca quilted two of my projects and I am delighted with both of them. I am currently working on a third quilt top and Purple Bobbin is the only place I would consider taking it to for quilting. I highly recommend Purple Bobbin!”

Terri Purdy

“Rebecca is a knowledgeable and experienced longarm quilter. The workmanship on my quilt is stunning. Her pricing is very reasonable and the turnaround time exceeded my expectations. It was a truly delightful experience working with Rebecca. I will be using her services for future quilts.”

Lea Anne Gardner

“I’m new at making quilts and I reached out to Rebecca at the Purple Bobbin. Due to illness I knew I was not going to be able to quilt it in time. She was kind enough to help me out and quilted it for me. I am so happy with the work she did. It turned out so much more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. I made this for my granddaughter heading off to college. Because of Rebecca it was completed in time and my granddaughter now has it on her bed at college. She loves it and is so happy to have it. Thank you Rebecca I truly appreciate the beautiful work you do and look forward to having you quilt my next one.”

Joyce Will

“She gave wise advise on what to do with a very large quilt, which contained delicate and older fabric. Excellent quality quilting, good price and the turnaround was exceptional. I highly recommend the Purple Bobbin. I will use her again.”

Hydie Miller Pennsylvania

“I worked with Purple Bobbin on a 100×100 size quilt. The topic of my quilt could be seen as controversial and I was actually turned down by several contractors before finding this shop. I was so happy to find that she not only didn’t judge me but we got to have a great conversation about the process of making a quilt and she helped me pick out the best quilting pattern for my specific project. Her pricing is very competitive and even with moving about an hour in the opposite direction I will be continuing to take any further quilts to her to be finished if I need a long arm. Her services where also very fast and communication about my project was stellar.”
